Annual Requirement – Five-Year Program
The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) Drug-Free Workplace Program is a rate program which offers a premium discount to eligible employers for implementing a program addressing workplace use and misuse of alcohol and other drugs, including prescription, over-the-counter, and illegal drug abuse. It offers three levels to choose from and lasts for four or five years.
