Train The Trainer I
Qualify, prepare, and support an employee or union member to train employees and supervisors within your company, as defined by Bureau of Workers Compensation Drug-Free Workplace Program. Initial class and personal supervision by a qualified chemical dependency specialist includes:
- Complete PowerPoint supervisor and employee presentations on CD-ROM
- Trainer Reference Notebook
- One-year supervision by certified chemical dependency specialist
- Thorough knowledge and trainer skills education
- Classes for three or more employees may be held on-site at your company location

Train the Trainer II – IV
Annual refresher sessions for years 2 – 5 of the program (for those who completed Train The Trainer I) include:
- Updated PowerPoint CD-ROM and Trainer Reference materials
- New topics each year include updated data and specific focus on addicts, children or partners of addicts, and other personally-relevant areas
- One-year supervision and consultation
- Two-hour refresher classes are scheduled at a time and location that best suits the company needs:
- Your office or facility
- Our location in Independence
- Our location in Fairlawn
